We offer AU delivery with Australia Post from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
We aim to get your order processed and dispatched within one business day.
Orders placed before 11am AEST shoukd be processed the same day.
For any mistakes made, you can self-cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Standard Delivery: 3 - 6 working days, FREE on orders over $50 ($5 for orders under $5)
Express Delivery: 1 -3 working days, $10
Standard delivery: 5 - 8 working days - FREE on orders over $100
($10 for orders under $100)
Express Delivery: 2-4 working days, $20
Standard delivery: 5 - 9 working days - from $20
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We like to treat our customers how we like to be treated. If you’re not happy with your product or would like to exchange it within 30 days of purchasing, we're here to help.
To request a refund, please fill out our returns form and we’ll get back to you with all of the information specific to your country of ordering. We’ll then refund you as soon as the return has been received. We’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections so please choose carefully when shopping.
Personalised items are non-refundable, even if you make a mistake, so please triple check everything is perfect before placing your order!
Top Tip: The most common request is to exchange a large towel for the bigger XL size for adults. For more information, read our size guide on each product page.
Tax & Duties
Brexit has made shipping to Europe a real pain, and Covid has made international shipping worse :)
To make things easy for you - Dock & Bay will cover all import taxes and fees. We want to make that delivery as seamless as possible.
If the carrier charges you for import, please contact us with evidence of any charges paid and we will support you.
